Each person who helped me was pleasant, courteous, and made me feel comfortable during my visits to the office. The information was presented well, and the explanations were succinct. I left each appointment with a clear understanding of my responsibilities to gather the documents and facts needed for the subsequent filing. I was very late for two appointments, but my paralegal was understanding and cordial each time. In fact -- the aftermath of Hurricane Florence caused a two-hour delay for my last appointment -- my paralegal wrote detailed instructions for me to guide me through the road closings on the way home. What could have been unpleasant experiences each time for me were made more cofortable thanks to the friendly, understanding staff.
