I was looking at my second DUI charge and my wife heard about Dummit Fradin from Rock 92.3 and suggested we call them. I’m so glad I did! I was extremely nervous the entire time seeing as I was looking at some jail time if found guilty but they were very helpful in reassuring me that if we didn’t win they would do everything they could to minimize jail time. They also moved the court date so I could get married and go on my honeymoon. Initially it looked like I was gonna have to plead guilty and go to jail but after they looked into it more they recommended that we go to trial cause they thought I had I chance to beat the case and I’m so glad we did!! Anastasia Tramontozzi was the lawyer that handled everything for me, and she was great. She was able to get it dismissed completely and is now working on getting the DUI expunged from my record. Again I was looking at jail time and my license being revoked for 4 years plus probation and she was able to get it dismissed completely. After we walked out of the court room I had to hug her. I was so scared to go to jail and leave my wife and newborn child. My only other experience with a lawyer was a court appointed one and that was an awful experience. I now know why it is worth hiring an experienced lawyer like Anastasia Tramontozzi and Dummit Fradin.

Anastasia, I appreciate your help through out this whole process. You've been a doll and helped me when i needed it most and made sure I understood exactly what was going on. I have used Dummit Fradin twice now and have been completely satisfied on both occasions. They were responsible for getting me one of the best possible outcomes for my second DUI offense. They were extremely communicative through the entire process. Very quick to respond to my emails and return my calls AND had all the information I needed. They also made sure I knew what steps I needed to complete before trial. Even almost a year after my trial date they are quick to respond to my emails and answer any questions I have. I honestly cant recommend them enough. In my opinion if you are charged with a DUI in the areas they practice it's a no brainer to have them represent you.

I'm impressed. Mr. Fradin's office was always professional, responsive, and helpful. I just left court, and Mr. Fradin & I got the best possible results. He's polite, straightforward, and HONEST. I hope I never again need a lawyer, but if I need one, I'll definitely call this office first. As much as lawyers cost, they'd better be good, and this was worth every penny.

I recieved a ticket, and of course recieved a lot of mail from law offices. I chose Dummit Fradin. They were excellent in everything. I had a lot of questions, and they made me feel so comfortable in trusting that they would handle my case. I didn't have to show up to court and they helped me not get a lot of points on my driver's license. They are so friendly and the best at what they do. I called Dummit Fradin after learning a bench warrant was for my arrest for 3 felonies and a misdemeanor. Today i’m here to tell you, Anastasia Tramontozzi is the best! I called her and within 3 mins of talking with her i knew i picked the right choice. She was able to successfully get my bench warrant lifted. Today I had court and was only charged with 1 misdemeanor possession of marijuana( I had over 300 grams lol😁) !! I was very confident before evening walking in the court room i’d be leaving a free man today all thanks to Anastasia Tramontozzi! please if you need a good lawyer, facing some serious trouble, give her a call!! She’s great!! 10/10

Dummit Fradin assisted me with a ticket I got last year and got the absolute best outcome possible. They ALSO helped me sort out an issue that stemmed from a previous ticket that another lawyer made a total mess of resulting in my license being suspended due to unpaid court fines that I was not made aware of by the previous attorney. I HIGHLY recommend Dummit Fradin for all your court needs, as I will never call on anyone else but them! By the way, the previous ticket that was handled by another attorney was pretty much for the same as the one I hired Dummit Fradin for, but the previous attorney not only had me do 50 hours of community service, 8 hours driving course and still resulting in 3 points on my license. The Ticket Dummit Fradin handled a year later was reduced to improper equipment with only an 8 hour online driving class required... again, if you need help and want it done right, Dummit Fradin should be your first and only call!

BEWARE! DO NOT HIRE ANYONE from DUMMIT FRADIN!! DO NOT retain ERICA JACKSON unless you don’t mind your identity being used on documents for others!! I had the unfortunate experience of getting a document used as a template with another clients name on it!!! They did not even have the professionalism to create a new document for my case. I not only knew what the other clients name was, but I knew the context of why they had retained ERICA JACKSON! Now I find myself in the unfortunate situation of not trusting her with my personal information. The only response I got when I explained my worry/fear that my name would be used on documents as a template for others is quote “All I can say is that I won't be using anything from your file as an example in any of my other cases.” Wait a minute, I thought you should NEVER give out ANY personal information about a client in any cases! Now she can only tell me it won’t happen to me. When I brought it to Erica’s attention that the other clients name had been divulged, she should’ve had the professionalism to let the other client know. I contacted the person myself later only to find out that they had NO IDEA she’d revealed their name to me! That being said, how can I ever trust that the same won’t happen to me. What you, as a potential client should worry about, is that your name would be revealed to other clients. I have even contacted Mr. Dummit with my concerns. No response as of yet. Erica Jackson was also slow getting anything done. I had to call and email repeatedly for updates. The responses were ALWAYS SLOW! She even apologized to me about it in person. Offered to not charge me for the rest of the correspondence pertaining to my case. Yet she says she felt she was good at getting things done in a timely manner... so why not charge me if you felt you hadn’t done anything wrong?!?! If you desire your personal information being divulged to another client and constantly reminding your attorney of things that need to be done pertaining to your case and constantly asking for updates, she’s your attorney! Edit: Note, they have yet to respond. Responded to all other reviews except mine. My next step is to report her to North Carolina State Bar via a complaint. The owners responded, what a joke!! My Issues??? I think you have issues in regards to professionalism and keeping your clients information protected!!! DO NOT HIRE ANYONE from DUMMIT FRADIN!! Especially ERICA JACKSON!! You WILL not be informed in a timely manner, they will drag your case out for more money, and they will not protect your identity!!! By the way, OWNER, your reply was quite unprofessional.
