I was represented by Luis F. Maradiaga today in Davidson county for DWI. He is a great attorney, fights hard for you, was always very prepared, and he wins!! Everything dismissed!! Great attorney, great staff throughout the firm!! Very pleased!! Thanks to everyone!!

If I could leave less than one star, I would. This is the most incompetent law firm I have ever worked with. The turnover rate was ridiculous--both with the lawyers and the paralegals, and ultimately all of our lawyers quit the firm. They referred our case to another firm and that was a disaster. They lost our records and I beg you to never, ever, ever use this firm. I would have done better to represent myself. They did nothing for us. We did ALL the work. My husband had to gather all the records, do all the spreadsheets for our accident and the law firm couldn't even get this to the new lawyer they chose to represent us after their incompetent attorneys quit. Many of our records were lost in the transition and when we complained about this to new lawyer he said this had happened on all the people they referred to him and he had to tell them he wouldn't accept any more cases. Ultimately, this experience was almost more traumatizing than the terrible car accident I was in. If you want sub-par incompetent legal representation, then use this firm.

Affordable, quick, and efficient.

Mr. Maradiaga did an excellent job handling my case. Very smart and considerate. Got the case dismissed before it ever reached the Judge. I would recommend to anyone.

luis maradiaga is probably one of the best lawyers i ever hired, i had to hire him more than 2 times for him to help me get my cases dismissed not only that he helped me protect my D.A.C.A. probably not something easy to do but he did it. hes a great guy good personality and really smart handling his cases. if something doesnt go his way as planned, dont worry he will always have a back up plan no matter what. so dont wait now give him a call and he will reach you as soon as possible. Dummit and fraden have an excellent staff always very respectful and to the point they also worked extremely well with my busy schedule and always not only kept in touch and up to date whoch kept me in the loop very well with every detail mochael fraden was my attorney and he was always very professional and just an outstanding attorney got me through everything with the best results i could ask for i would def strongly recomend this team to any one and every one if you want the best thanks guys!

Luis Maradiaga was able to resolve my traffic ticket and I have no points added to my license or insurance, would highly recommend
