Mr. Fradin is extremely knowledgeable about the law, and he is, quite simply, a phenomenal attorney. He is approachable and friendly, yet straightforward about the legal circumstances surrounding a case. We unexpectedly went to trial at the 2nd court appearance, which is quite unusual for DWI cases, and Mr. Fradin did what he does best. I was found not guilty of an underage DWI and driving after consuming <21. HIRE HIM!!

Had an unique situation with my license in jeopardy of being suspended due to an accident by an unlocatable separated spouse and my name still being on the title. I needed to file an appeal with the DMV. I first met with a different attorney who was obviously not familiar with this situation (he actually had look up and read the regulations while meeting with me) and yet was willing to take $1500 to represent me. I decided to do some more research and by chance came across a blog written by Dummit Fradin that discussed my situation. So I decided to call Dummit Fradin for a consultation and thank goodness I did. I met with Clarke Dummit and he was very knowledgeable on the law and extremely helpful. In fact, he advised me on how to handle the appeal myself, and surprisingly, to NOT hire him at this stage of my appeal because he felt I would prevail on my own and it would be a waste of my money. And he was right. I won my appeal! I can't thank Mr. Dummit enough. When was the last time you heard of an attorney turning down money and putting the best interest of a potential client first? Excellent. Very knowledgeable and honest. Thank you!

Luis Maradiaga recently represented me on a Domestic Violence case. While Luis had the case dismissed after the first Continuance without going to trial, he was very much trial ready. I was very impressed with his legal knowledge and professionalism. He answered every question I posed to him confidently and explained all legal issues in a way a non-lawyer could understand. He was empathetic with my position and listened with concern. I would definitely recommend Luis and Dummit Fradin to anyone in need of legal defense!!!

Poor communication, advice. Fee was $ 5k, dispute being advised by receptionist earlier, $2-3 k was normal range for my case! On 2nd court appearance Dummit showed up 1.5 hours late. Blamed his partner. Missed opportunity for a motion. I had call for on updates. I had to push him to speak to DA and state trooper. Thought that was your job. I assumed at least Dummit would cover the $275 fee for ticket. But he was brazen enough to ask me for the cash in the courtroom. So definitely would never recommend. Unless reimbursed by Dummit Fradin a well deserved $3k plus in my opinion a switch n bait fees.

Mr. Fradin was great and his office was helpful, efficient, and organized. Would use their services again.

Michael Fradin proved my innocence with impeccable precision. Throughout the process, he maintained contact with me keeping me up to date on my case. This consisted of phone conferences during a snow storm. I highly recommend him. If you are considering contacting him, than do yourself a favor and give him a call now.
