I was very suddenly served with a civil summons that I did not see coming at all. Within 5 minutes of me requesting a consultation with Kevin on his website, he called me. Almost immediately Kevin put my mind at ease about this, he called me after his office hours and assured me that this case would not stand. He attended the first hearing with me, filed a motion of dismissal after and although the case was voluntarily dismissed and we did not end up having to appear in court again, I would not have done a thing differently.
