I used the legal services of LaDonna Williams of James Scott Farrin. LaDonna Williams was my attorney. The services she provided were excellent. She ensured that I was seen and heard. She explained legal terminology in easy to understand terms. She always represented my best interests. She communicated on a consistent basis to let me know the status of the case. With each interaction, she took the time to verify that she had answered all of my questions. She communicated realistic timelines. I also need to share that her paralegal Nicole H. was amazing as well. She helped to coordinate getting information from me to LaDonna. Whenever I reached out to James Scott Farrin, she ensured that my inquiry was responded to in a timely manner. I chose Vet Law off an internet search in 2019. at that time I was 70% disability and was just denied my claim for 100%. With how the VA is today, an attorney to handle your case is a MUST. My attorney was Brendan B. Garcia and the case manager was Rhonda Green. I had spoken to Mr. Garcia a few times but I talked with Ms. Rhonda Green multiple times. Rhonda would contact me once a month....one month by email and the next month by phone. I also contacted Rhonda whenever my health changed in any way to keep Vet Law up to date. I can't say enough about Rhonda keeping me up in whatever was going on with my case. I want to thank Vet Law, Mr. Garcia and Ms. Green for taking my case in 2019 and getting my 100% rating in July 2024. There is no way I could have done this on my own.

Dayna and Doug with Farrin, have been a pleasure to work with! Explaining all the steps in my case and made the entire process a lot less painful for me!
