My sister hired Mr. Ball to be my mothers attorney. He was very prompt to court. Mr. Ball handle her case extremely well. My family and I are very pleased with the out come of her case. He did exactly what he said he would do. He gave us great advise. I would refer Mr. Ball to handle anyone case. If we are ever in need of an attorney again he will be the first person I call. To some it up, words can't express the overwhelming job he performed. Thank you so much Mr. Ball for all your hard work and dedication.

My mother hired Stephen Ball in August of 2016 to represent her in a DWI case. She went to his office terrified to the point of illness. He was absolutely amazing with her. He was calm, professional, understanding, and sympathetic. He set her totally at ease. He assured her that she could leave things in his hands, and she did. She had several court appearances where her case was continued, and Mr. Ball made sure that we were advised early in the day so she did not have to sit in court all day. We greatly appreciated that, because obviously sitting in court is hard on the nerves! Her trial was last week (November 2017). My mother has Multiple Sclerocis, and I was extremely impressed by the inordinate amount of research Mr. Ball had done on her disease. He knew more about MS than our family does. He put his finger on all of the pertinent points, and knew exactly what to ask and what to say. He was masterful in her defense. His entire office was extremely easy to work with. They are kind, understanding, professional, and they are very good at what they do. I would highly recommend Stephen Ball and his office if you need an attorney.

I had a complicated traffic matter that could've turned out poorly if not handled correctly. I contacted Stephen based on previous google reviews and the good ones were correct. He knew what he was doing when he came up with an innovative and solid plan for my legal issue. I decided to do exactly what he said to do and my legal issue turned out in one of the best possible ways it could have. Thank goodness for his legal advice and following the plan we talked about together. He is very experienced and used his knowledge well to my complete satisfaction.

Stephen Ball is an all around A+ attorney. From the beginning he has been extremely professional, and is obviously very knowledgeable about his trade. He is easy to talk to and worked with me in whatever way necessary at the time. He not only followed through with what he said he was going to do for my case, but he was very upfront about what the possibilities for the outcome could be. I'm so thankful he was able to help. At my first meeting with Mr. Ball, I quickly realized he is a NO-NONSENSE attorney. He was very direct and focused with his questions and responses. Mr. Ball didn't mince words or make grandiose claims about what he could accomplish. Instead, Mr. Ball, using the facts I'd set out for him, gave a very detailed explanation of the applicable law and how he proposed to engage the same law to solve my legal problems. Mr. Ball made it clear to me from the beginning that he expected me to participate in my own defense. He was interested in the details of my case and advised me that it was such matters that often made the difference in a plea or trial. Mr. Ball asked numerous questions regrading my work history and community involvement/achievements. I would not describe Mr. Ball as a warm and cuddly guy - but that wasn't what I was seeking when I made my consultation appointment - I was seeking results and he delivered. Highly recommend Mr. Ball if you're serious about getting a positive resolution for your legal issues.

I called and spoke directly to an attorney, which I thought was lucky. He’s very rude and Wasn’t even willing to hear my case. Before I even started to tell my story he said he can’t do anything for me, which is funny because he didn’t have a clue what I needed, and hung up. Don’t give your hard earned money to this clown.

First time needing a lawyer, I talked with several attourneys before talking with Mr Ball within 10 miniutes of speaking with him I knew he was more knowledgeable and just seemed to be on a totally different level just the way he spoke with me! He always contacted me at the exact times he said he would! He is a veteran of the military the same as myself so that gave me a sense of comfort. His assistant/ secretary was very nice and respectful as well! I am very thankful to have been his client! He went above and beyond my expectations I would definatly reccomend him to anyone out there seeking legal advice !!!

Stephen Ball and Nils Gerber will fight for you. If you are in need of top notch legal counsel at a fair and reasonable price, look no further. They will shoot you straight from the very beginning and let you know the possible outcome of your particular issue no matter the circumstances. They honestly care about what is best for your family and future. They will not set you up for failure and follow through with everything they say they are going to do for you. In my experience, they have exceeded my expectations. I am truly thankful for their guidance on a personal and professional level.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I called the office to schedule a consultation appointment. I spoke with the receptionist about the matters of concern, and she seemed very confident that Mr. Ball could handle the cases. She indicated that she would have Mr. Ball contact me once he was out of court around 3:30pm. I will say, he called at almost 3:30 on the dot, so at least there was a sense of urgency around responding to client inquiries. However, this is where it all went downhill. Mr. Ball seemed very confused about WHY he was calling me. I reiterated that I was attempting to schedule a consultation. His response was "So, what do you want to talk to me for? My assistant does that." I clarified that I had already spoken with the assistant, explained the legal matters to her, and requested a consultation, at which point she indicated that Mr. Ball would call me, though I wasn't sure why, as I was ready to schedule when I spoke with her. He then went into a rant about not speaking to other people about someone's case, and not scheduling consultations when someone is calling for another individual (husband, brother, child, etc) because it was just a big waste of his time because people didn't show up, and that if the person didn't care enough to call and make the appointment themselves, he wasn't going to schedule a consultation with them and they should just find another attorney. Well, unfortunately, the person I was calling for is working today. That person was not available to speak on the phone when Mr. Ball was available in the office today. It's not that they didn't care enough to call. I simply called to schedule an appointment FOR that person, based on the availability they gave me. I never requested to speak to Mr. Ball at all, about scheduling, the actual case, or otherwise. I simply called to make an appointment. Had Mr. Ball stopped talking over me and interrupting me for more than 2 seconds, maybe I could have explained that. I am still confused as to why the receptionist couldn't just make an appointment from the beginning. What if the person needing his services was incarcerated? They can't call for themselves. Someone else would HAVE to call for them. Thankfully this is not the case for me, but Mr. Ball would never know that, because he didn't even give me an opportunity to speak. I would NEVER give this man my hard earned money. My first impression, solely based on our phone conversation today, is that he is a "my way or the highway" kind of person, a terrible listener, and has no business in a job where he works with people. He may be good at what he does in the courtroom, though I will never find out first hand as I have no desire to work with him. Knowing your client and not making them feel like complete garbage before they even get a chance to meet you would probably be a good self-improvement focus point for him.

I cannot begin to describe how much the Law Offices of Mr. Ball and Mr. Gerber have helped me over the years. I have had numerous run-ins with the law and I have always turned to The Law Offices of Mr. Ball. He is reasonably priced and unlike a lot of, attorneys. Mr. Gerber and Mr Ball really do care. They want the best outcome for your case. Not only will they help you with case, but they are there for emotial support as well and begin to help you with your recovery. The two men were able to keep me out of prison even when they saw the situation looked very dire even to themselves. But more importunately after defending me for over to two years, from multiple DWIs, and other charges we were always successful. They were with me every step of the way and over time we became friends. The two men have an extensive background in the judicial field, from colleagues, to judges, to DAs, to police officers and everyone in between. They will find you the right judge and DA for your case because they know the system so well. They have been doing this for a very long time. They believed in me and at times I didn't understand what they were asking me to do, but I did what I was asked and I think this helped me more than anything. Joseph_R
