Andrew has been my attorney for a little over a year and a half and he has been wonderful. He has been on top of every single thing that has come in and gone out of his office regarding this case. I never had to wonder where we were at in the case, he always made sure to call or text me to keep me up to date on whatever was happening. The one GREAT thing about Andrew is that unlike most lawyers, he's not just in it for the money. through every situation we always weighed the odds together...he really and truly cares! I would definitely recommend him to anyone going through a custody battle, or any civil suit for that matter!

I am a Realtor that has been in the business for a little over 12 years, and I never thought I'd ever be in a situation where I'd need an Attorney... well, the saying is true that "if you've been in the business long enough someone will make a complaint about you" happened to me. I had a past client file a claim against me to the Real Estate Commission. I hired Bill Gifford to help me out with the case and he exceeded my expectations and I only received a reprimand in a case that normally I would have gotten a suspension. Andrew Brendle handled a difficult Contempt Case for me for an ongoing 10+ years Equitable Distribution Case. He was efficient in bringing the case to Court quickly to prevented a Prestige Property from being Public Auctioned. I have to admit after being represented by one of Charlotte's Largest Law Firm's, I was apprehensive about hiring a younger Attorney in a Solo Practice. He familiarized himself with the entire case in only a matter of a week. He understood the importance of the case and the urgency of the matter. He worked very hard, was very communicative with not only me but all that were involved. Most of all he surprised me when he came to court, organized and totally prepared. He really went the extra mile which is so hard to find. He was extremely professional in court. What he does not know it seems he learns in a short period of time.

Mr. Brendle was a great find. I had already met with three other attorneys when I found him, and I wish I could have started there. I had an extremely complicated case, and he navigated through the entire process with cautious confidence, knowledge, and experience. He always listened, and did not make knee jerk reactions. He always thought through the entire process to ensure the decision we were making was the right decision to make, and always made sure I understood the implications of those decisions. My case lasted over three years, and Mr. Brendle represented me for a big portion of that. In the end, I was absolutely satisfied with his service, experience, professionalism, responsiveness, and back bone. I have already recommended him on a few occasions, and will always do so. I could not be happier with the level of service I received from him. My case involved equitable distribution, child custody, separation/divorce, alimony, and child support. I hired Mr. Brendle for a civil matter. I was the defendant in a case which was quite complicated. Mr. Brendle did an excellent job explaining the legal complexities of the case to me and also was not afraid to say he didn't know and then researched for the correct answer. He kept me informed of the progress of my case and was always responsive to my calls. My case ended in dismissal before it ever went to trial. I'm convinced that had a hired another attorney they would have stretched it out to just bleed me of more money. I'm honestly not a big fan of lawyers but Mr. Brendle did an excellent job on my case. I have and will continue to refer family and friends to him.

He was HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE! He never called me back in a reasonable time. When talked to him he did not even remember the facts of my case. He is way too cocky to be this bad of an attorney. At least HE got paid, since thats all that seemed to matter to him.

Highly recommend John Wait. He was incredibly responsive and delivered a great outcome in handling my out-of-state traffic citation, while doing so at fees significantly less than fees advertised by other attorneys. I received a speeding ticket while driving through North Carolina from Florida. As an out-of-stater, my options were seemingly limited to paying the $200+ fine and accepting the license points and increased insurance premiums. I called several other attorneys in North Carolina to learn about my options and gauge costs for hiring an attorney. While I waited for the other attorneys to return my call, John answered my call directly and provided a clear picture of my options within a few minutes. He appeared for me in traffic court and successfully reduced the traffic citation to a non-moving violation with NO LICENSE POINTS OR INCREASED INSURANCE PREMIUMS.
