Very professional and caring

Mr. Garcia and I started 2014. Since then I won 80% Dec 22 2022, and March 06, 2024, granted T D I.U. So, I am 100% with all back pay and maximum monthly amount. Brendan had more faith than I did and kept me fighting. 22 years, 2 months, and 22 days. "GO THE FREAKIN' DISTANCE!" Mr. Garcia CARES! Rhonda is extremely knowledgeable as well and has been a great help as well. A veteran should not take on the V.B.A. by themselves. I did and won only 3 things at 10% each, then I was told by V.B.A., to go "whistle dixie." Thank God I found Brendan Garcia ! Thank you!!

Jenny is awesome at what she does, they made the whole process quick and painless on my end.

I may be in the minority, but I found VetLaw to be unprofessional, unresponsive to emails, and unable to answer simple questions, and finally - as expected - overall just in it for the money - they would be great if they believe they can get you a big award. However, not so much for smaller claims i.e. they are not here to help the veteran, but to maximize profit by taking only the most lucrative case (that's why they'll only take cases where they can get a 50% increase and not others). Not that I blame them, that is the American way - true capitalism wrapped in the veneer of helping veterans. Good luck to my fellow vets.
