Thank you Mr. Berger and Danna for working so closely with me. My case was challenging and no other law office would even entertain me. James Scott Farrin law office listened and they fought on my behalf. The one thing I loved the most with Attorney Berger is his honesty and his truthfulness on what to expect and / or whether I had a case or not. He made no broken promises but instead delivered even more. I was always kept informed and I honestly felt leaving things in his hands was the right thing. I felt at peace about trusting them. Dana is the sweetest. She was always pleasant even when I went on and on over the phone. She just listened and assured me not to worry. I pray I never have to experience what I went through again. But I will say that if any time I need a lawyer it will be this law office every time. They are apart of my family now.

I went with VetLaw based off the amazing reviews. However, my experience thus far has been negative. I've been waiting way over a year in the same status to get an answer on my appeal. Every other month, I am getting the same "copy and paste" response from Teresa Ramos. "This process takes time." No actual answers, but that response. I've contacted 5 other lawyers from different companies within the time I've been waiting, and AT THE LATEST, I should have received in answer in 6 months. Because I'm making a Google Review on my situation, maybe a representative will finally reach out with official answers instead of ONLY "this process takes time." ‐------------------------------ UPDATE: After I submitted this review (still waiting for my appeal process after 2+ years), I have not received a single notice from either Brendan Garcia or Teresa Ramos. One of their "goals" stated in the beginning of signing up for their service is that they will update you monthly on the status of your case. Hasn't been like that for me! Especially after they didn't like the TRUTH that I put on Google for other Vets to see. Very disappointing. I would assume if you don't like a review but still have them as a Client, change their mind by doing better. Not worse. Customer service 101.
