VetLaw was able to secure survivor benefits for me under the Blue Water Vietnam Veterans Law. While grateful for the benefits granted I am most proud of the fact that my husband's Naval service during the Vietnam War Era was recognized for the contributions he made by serving aboard the USS Stoddard. I am sorry he did not live to know his time during that war was important and acknowledged.

Years after being injured and treated under WComp from two major falls at work, I needed emergency spinal surgery directly related to the falls. Shortly after surgery while I was recovering, and the bills kept piling up despite being told not to worry, everything’s under WComp, I was told I had never been treated under WComp for a back & neck injury and was responsible for every bill. My next step was finding a lawyer. But despite the fact that I had documented proof of my work related falls & treatments, including the surgeon’s report linking the falls to the surgery, every lawyer I called wouldn’t give me the time of day. They were either dismissive or claimed it was too complicated. I was stressed & frustrated. And still just trying to deal with a long recovery. Then one night I saw an ad for James Scott Farrin.
