Brendan is a pit bull! Getting proper compensation for your service connected injuries is a process I would not wish upon anyone. I was ready to give up when I contacted Brendan. From there, it is a long process. What the government wants is to wear you down and make you go away. Several times, I told Brendan I was through, and he talked me down off of the ledge. He REFUSED to quit, and in the end...he WON! As a Sailor, it is hard for me to admit this, But Brendan Garcia is one outstanding Jarhead! Semper Fi, Capt. Garcia!

Kevin is a miracle worker. He took the complete burden off of our shoulders for my son's traffic ticket. I found Roberta after spending hours looking for an attorney to represent me in a discrimination charge I filled back in 2017. I hired Kevin to help with a small claims contract dispute. Kevin was fantastic! He went above and beyond to help us to ensure the best outcome possible and help us to feel comfortable going into a very a nerving situation. My daughter had her license revoked due to a medical issues during a fender bender. It was confusing to us to know why her license was revoked and what to do about it. Kevin walked us through what to do step by step. He remained calm even when a very quick court date was thrust upon us. Very little information was given to us by the dmv about what we needed to do before the court hearing. However, Kevin’s advice to us to get extensive documentation of medical records and expert examinations was appreciated by the courts. I have no doubt that if we had not done these things we would have come home from the hearing without her license being reinstated and with a list of things we would have needed to do to prove her medical well being. We are so thankful for Kevin, his calm demeanor, wise counsel, and preparation were invaluable. But even more, as I went through this hard experience as a mom and watched my daughter endure it as well, Kevin’s reassurance that he was for us and had our best interests at heart were the greatest comfort to us.

I had an unpaid citation and license suspension that Kevin helped me get sorted out expediently. I only had to make one trip to his office, & he was very prompt in returning phone calls. I received thorough instructions on what the reinstatement of my license would require along with having all legal fees satisfied within a weeks time!
