I had an Assault on a Female charge. It was 2 minutes of anger. My Wife had no bruises or scars. I still got hauled to jail in Forsyth County Jail. I am a reputable figure in the community. This charge was difficult for me because of my reputation and the fact I have a CCW(conceal and carry permit) If I was found guilty I could not possess, buy, or carry a firearm. Winning being scared and not knowing what to expect. Mister Logan is a great attorney he knows all his stuff and works alongside a great lawyer as well. My case was dismissed all I had to do is put full Trust, confidence and have patience. If I had to I would hire all over again. They kept me aware of everything that was going on at all times. Almost 9 months ago the police wrongfully accused me and my boyfriend with maintaining marijuana and maintaining a concealed weapon. They searched my house and my car for no reason at all and the weapon nor the gun was mine but they still charged me even after the person said it was theirs. I didn’t really know my rights at the time because I’ve never been in trouble with the law ever and these were my first charges. Finally after 9 long months of being in and out of court Attorney Logan got to the bottom of it and got the DA to dismiss both of the charges being that I was wrongfully blamed! Daniel Logans service as a lawyer was definitely above average. He is very punctual with his presence and communication, inside and outside of the courtroom. Where do I start... my husband was wrongfully accused of robbery and kidnapping with a dangerous weapon. I unfortunately had to deal with police/detectives who racially profiled my husband and just wanted to make a name for themselves! They came to my house with a search warrant with falsified information, they had no evidence and no reason to be sending us through this!
