Dan Logan is a major asset to McMinn Law Firm. He is professional, communicative, reasonable, straight-forward, and timely. I hired him to represent me for a DWI case and he handled it without me even having to go to court. He stayed in constant contact with me, explained the entire process/requirements, and followed up after each court continuation. My case was dismissed and Dan made that happen. Lord knows, I hope I never need legal assistance again, but if so… I would only call him!

There's not enough good words to describe this man's dedication to getting my d.w.i. dismissed. I honestly think 1500.00 for the results he provided, was way cheaper than an unnecessary charge over a one minute mistake. He gave me hope for a new beginning and I thank GOD for his service. Lesson learned! Don't drink and start a car. But if you've made a mistake, you'd be doing yourself a favor by retaining Dan Logan!!!

I am so thankful I chose Daniel to represent me. I don't think I could have chosen a better lawyer.
Three charges that could have negatively impacted my future were completely dismissed. I can now move foward and not have that hanging on my shoulders. Daniel was very thorough in every aspect of court. We had great communication, and he explained everything he was planning to do and discussed options. Excellent defense lawyer! A really down to earth person and definately has a bright future ahead of him. 10/10 but hope I never have to use his services again.

I have needed Daniel’s services 3 times and each time I was facing serious charges with probable incarceration. I wasn’t incarcerated neither time with 2 of them being dismissed. He is very knowledgeable and upfront. I would highly recommend using him to anyone.

This guy right here is the best! I came in on a short notice from out of state and he got me in before a judge and taken care of and saved me $2500 on top of it!
