On my traffic case the Judge and District Attorney were not receptive to reducing my charges.
Mr. Byers worked very hard and was able to finally convince them that I deserved reconsideration and finally agreed to the terms that were very advantageous to me.
For this reason, I would highly recommended Mr. Byers to anyone in need of an attorney that will put the time in for their clients.

In 1996 he was young and represented me unfortunately I was young also and didn’t know any better. I was just happy not to go to jail. I have had lawyers and district attorneys tell me that I never should have been convicted if my lawyer knew what he was doing!

Mr. Byers took my case and concerns seriously. He seems to be a very competent, respected and distinguished lawyer in the county. His demeanor is straightforward and empathetic, yet no BS. While the case never went to trial; I appreciate his representation through the intricacies of criminal court. His fee was pricey though fair for the matter; just disappointed because there was little work done on his part for my particular case.
