They were good a few years ago to start building a case and helping. Then COVID hit. Now, the current screeners are lazy and don't really understand what they are doing. They will not take on difficult cases that take some digging. They will not listen to what is being conveyed. There is no empathy, want to help, no compassion or understanding. They do not take into consideration the variety of potential clients and cases coming in. They create more red tape when people are already tired of it. Do these intake people secretly work for the government to maintain the headaches of people trying for help or are they wanting to help the attorney get more business? They need to figure out where they are and who they work for. The firm needs to find new intake people and improve communications with the team. There are hundreds to thousands who need their help with their knowledge and experiences and to have some person not understanding at all telling people "No, we won't take your case" when you had been in talks with others on what to do is terrible.

After my accident, I was overwhelmed by hospital visits, calls and billing issues, along with having to personally deal with the insurance company.
