Kevin, First of all let me say THANK YOU for hearing my case when Noone else would even listen. He truly stands up for what's right, representing the small voice that never gets heard. Kevin is not only professional, but takes the time to get to know you on a personal level. He helped me out with a traffic-related matter, which spared me points on my driving record. If you need someone who will truly "go to bat" for you, Kevin is your guy.

I have been represented by Kevin in traffic court with a dismissal of my charges, in Superior Court with a seated jury that resulted in a successful appeal of a guilty conviction that was thrown out and we sued Sprint who offered me a $25,000 settlement after mandatory mediation and after their lawyers had deposed me for hours. No case is too small, no case it too big and you can trust he'll have your best interests at stake while representing you fairly. I'd highly recommend him for all your legal needs.

Attorney John Wait was slow, missed deadlines, often unresponsive, and ineffective. We finally had to move our files to another firm. Not recommended. Would not use again.

John Wait is by far the best attorney I have ever had! My driving history is EXTENSIVE and I have had MANY attorneys over the years, but HANDS DOWN he is the best. I never set foot in the courtroom always a huge plus, he got it put off for me until I could pay his very reasonable fee and got my DWLR dismissed.. I had a fine to pay for my other offense which I overlooked, and TWO years later I call to see if I can get the file number . He answered the phone Hi Charlotte.. I was floored, this man cares enough about his clientele to store them by name!!!! WOW!!! Pulled everything up I requested. That quality alone is unheard of with lawyers, most dont have a clue who you are. I wish I could use him in every county!!!! I dont just highly recommend him, I say call him period. Dont wait call Wait, haha made a funny.
