I was in an accident several months ago that resulted in be charged with a DWI. In all my years of driving, I had never even gotten a speeding ticket. He was very patient and explained everything to me in plain English and answered my questions, even when I asked some of them repeatedly. He told me what to expect throughout the process, and assured me he would be with me every step of the way and he would handle it, and let me know what he needed me to do.
