Very educated, experienced and professional staff. I worked with Mr. Dummit and Liz Rodriguez, mostly. They helped me get my driving license back (that is after my 3rd DWI). Although, I had to do my share and still am continuing to fulfill my share of obligation of staying Alcohol free, I had got my license privileges permanently revoked. But, his guidance, expertise and experience in this matter helped me get my privileges back. I went to the Winston Salem location since I live here and had also tried to go to other lawyers but they seemed uninterested or in confident about the outcome. But when I confronted/met with Mr Dummit Fraden and his team, not only did they seem confident but provided me with confidence. Only as long as I kept my side of the street clean. Complete Abstinence from Alcohol. I thank him and his team for all the efforts they put and keeping the patience with my case even with this Pandemic slowing down things. Sincerely, Utpal Patel

Luis Maradiaga represented my boyfriend and was able to get all 3 of his charges dismissed. He was amazing from start to finish. Very intelligent and focused. He educated us and kept us updated along the way. Definitely gave us a sense of ease throughout the process. We even nicknamed him Luis "the bulldog". We are so pleased with the service we received. We will be rehiring him really soon.

Received a ticket in 2017. Going on almost three years now. Spent almost $1,000 and was still slapped with reckless driving despite it being a first time offense. Dummit Fradin couldn’t even explain to me what they did on my behalf other than show up for me in court. 100% do not recommend working with these guys especially with traffic cases.

Great staff and friendly. They really know their stuff and respond back in a timely manner. I had the pleasure of working with Luis Maradiaga and I have nothing but positive things to say about him. He took the time to reply to every email I sent and fully answer every question I had and answer questions I was going to ask before I even knew it. Dummit Fradin as a company gets my FIVE STARS soley because of my experience with Luis Maradiaga. 10/10 would use him again.

I was represented by Luis F. Maradiaga today in Davidson county for DWI. He is a great attorney, fights hard for you, was always very prepared, and he wins!! Everything dismissed!! Great attorney, great staff throughout the firm!! Very pleased!! Thanks to everyone!!

If I could leave less than one star, I would. This is the most incompetent law firm I have ever worked with. The turnover rate was ridiculous--both with the lawyers and the paralegals, and ultimately all of our lawyers quit the firm. They referred our case to another firm and that was a disaster. They lost our records and I beg you to never, ever, ever use this firm. I would have done better to represent myself. They did nothing for us. We did ALL the work. My husband had to gather all the records, do all the spreadsheets for our accident and the law firm couldn't even get this to the new lawyer they chose to represent us after their incompetent attorneys quit. Many of our records were lost in the transition and when we complained about this to new lawyer he said this had happened on all the people they referred to him and he had to tell them he wouldn't accept any more cases. Ultimately, this experience was almost more traumatizing than the terrible car accident I was in. If you want sub-par incompetent legal representation, then use this firm.
