Very unresponsive settling Mother in Laws’ estate. Very poor at predicting when things would happen. Not proactive concerning customer service. When estate finally settled they got address of one of the siblings wrong because of lack of attention to detail. Had to wait til check was returned in mail and resent. You ought to be able to expect a law office to get details right, especially since that is why you would pay someone to settle an estate.
