This place right here are bullies every dog has there day. And while y'all out screwing people lives the feds will be knocking at your door. Oh where are the proceeds from foreclosureng on my property the law states you can't keep the rest 372,790 that it sold for I want my money and I want it now

Well all I can say about these folks is their just disgusting. The reason being they summoned my relative to a court hearing for a debt. They gave him zero opportunity to settle there while in court as he had a wad of cash on hm to do so. All he got was they or you should call them bla blah blah made no sense mis communication no paperwork or oral instructions on what to do next A TOTAL wash out on their end.

The property sold on 03/29/24. Yet they keep sending a past due statement…The house has a NEW owner!!!!!! Check your records!

Spoke with a woman at the location back in January regarding an issue. She went into this wild rage that was totally uncalled for honestly she seemed to go into a “Psycho”mode. You know even if people are dealing with their debt issues they are not the scum of the earth. Please treat people as you would want to be treated and maybe these companies reviews would go above a one star. Also want work with you on an offer to settle your outstanding account just a waste of time.

I paid off a debt that was owed over a month ago. I am still getting garnished $1200 a month and was informed by the firm that it could take up to 45 days to file a letter of garnishment termination to the courts. I have bent over backwards to try and get this debt settled as quickly as possible. I am close to eviction on my house and I'm having trouble being able to afford gas to get to and from work. The firm is NOT efficient at processing and I am the one paying for it. I might be out on the street soon and It's too bad that they can't be held accountable for their sluggish performance.
