I was off work for months, attorney would not speak to me directly but 2 times throughout my claim (initial interview and exiting claim) even though I asked repeatedly. I also was initially approved and paid for workman's compensation and received benefits until other party retained their own counsel. I honestly do not recommend this firm as I do not feel they fought hard enough for me. I lost my home and had to move in to an RV due to no funds fought on my behalf. All workman's compensation would pay after they retained their own attorney was only for 2 months. I lost everything and I feel again that.this firm is claiming to fight for you. Should have not taken my attorney's advice to settle. I also feel that settling was their guaranteed payment for services NOT rendered on my behalf.

Handled my SS Disability case. I had been denied twice, so I turned everything over to them and they handled it completely. Got approved and they took their fee out of my back pay. Excellent folks. Currently getting their opinion on another case.

Well the state of North Carolina took my refund and applied it to a debt that I dont even owe. They said "SORRY" What kind of an Attorney is that?
