It was ok, kinda stuffy

Randall was meticulous and helped us understand every part of the legal process of buying a house. As a first-time home buyer, I was glad I went with Randall Perry.

We had him handle the closing for a home we purchased recently. The deal was a little fluid as problems arose with negotiations between us and the sellers as well as the buyers of our previous home. He responded to the issues quickly and confidently and seemed to know exactly what needed to be done. There were three closings in total that were all connected: the closing for the home we were selling (handled by another lawyer), the closing for the home we were purchasing, and the closing for the home our sellers were purchasing. These three closings happened in that order an hour apart and everything happened on time and felt perfectly choreographed. This was a complicated feat because each closing relied on funds from the previous one. He continued to be available after the closing to answer questions. I couldn't be happier with the result and appreciated having an experienced and confident attorney making sure everything went off without a hitch.
