We had a 2pm appointment on 12/12/18 and arrived early where we were greeted by a female person who made an attempt at a greeting then immediately asked for a driver's license. We were thinking, "Do you mind if we get in the door first?" She then gave instructions to seat ourselves in the conference room and wait for the attorney. When the attorney, Randall Perry came in my (83) year old mother explained she wasn't feeling well and might need to leave for the restroom soon but I, her son, would sign the documents for her. He said, Can't you just wait long enough to get the papers completed since there aren't that many?" No empathy for my elderly mom or her very serious medical situation, just focused on getting another item off his "to do" list. I signed the first page and the signature went a little beyond the line and he replied. "You need to write smaller so you can fit it in and use the full name because this is a legal document, you know?" I have to say that in my (64) years this is the most tasteless experience I've ever had with a legal firm.
