When I needed legal representation for my case, I was not sure where to start and therefore searched for online reviews on local attorneys which I was not certain if I could trust. Also, being in a delicate situation where I needed representation for a Domestic Violence case, I simply did not know who to go to in the local community, who would be "best" per se, or how the process worked. Based on reviews, I set up a consultation with Ms. Kelly and as a result of our meeting, I hired her. Initially, she came across as extremely knowledgeable of the process, the options, and the likely outcomes given my unique situation. The process overall takes a great deal of time (on the day and if the case is Continued for some reason) and as we proceeded into the Court Dates, Ms. Kelly was prepared on the day each time with the action that we needed to take and ultimately, we achieved the desired result. Ms. Kelly shows great understanding of the law, the process, and achieves results; she also shows great passion for what she does and takes the time to understand the individual situation that her clients face. I would highly recommend her to colleagues and friends.

When I got my first speeding ticket, I thought all I had to do was write a check for my fines and mail it to the court office, especially since I was only going 5 mph over.
