Thank you Shannon and Samantha! Worker's comp was stringing me along since 2021, and now because of you I get to finally be done with this whole situation. I tried giving worker's comp chance after chance, and really didn't want to have to take legal action. I was absolutely confused, this was my 1st time doing anything like this. I am completely disappointed with this establishment. I have a disabled relative that believed that they were making a great decision to hire the attorneys at this establishment after being injured on the job. The attorneys here are NOT fighting for their client, it seems to be that they are more representative of the other party then the client that they were hired by. They haven’t even informed their client that if the settlement options are not in agreement with their client that their client can seek other counsel which from reading the reviews on here it is protocol to do so. Really wish I would have known the type of representation that is supposedly aiding my relative because they are feeling as if they are being brushed under the rug and it’s not right at all. Do your job and fight for EVERY client to the highest caliber no matter what. Isn’t that what you vowed to do in the name of the law?

I would recommend this law firm. Victoria Alvarez worked with me and she is so sweet. My attorney was Dana and she had a lot of patience with me, in which I really appreciated. They were always a phone call away.

I was injured in a car vs pedestrian accident 08/03/22 after which my wife contacted Miss Keller while I was still in surgery on 08/06/22. I'm a VA resident, uninsured, and was at WFUBMC. Lea and Gail Holder have been amazing thru 21 days in a trauma unit, 10 in a nursing home, and since I've been home, they have worked tirelessly on my case. Any questions my wife or I had they were a call, text, or email away. I didn't get a very favourable outcome in Lea's eyes and she not only made it known, she offered to waive a portion of her fees to make sure I was taken care of. After signing a contract, miss Keller was more than willing to lower the amount that was rightfully hers. In my 37 years I've never met an attorney who would take money out of their pocket for their client, but miss Keller did. She has went above and beyond in ways I can't even describe.
