Hired for real estate purposes, to close on two properties. I was told $300 flat fee for each. Went fairly well, seemed professional. At the completion of the first deal, I was given a bill for $400 and was told no no no we cant do it for $300 sorry we lied. The second deal was a little more complicated and required communication with the estates lawyer. THIS IS WHEN IT FELL APART. ABSOLUTELY A NIGHTMARE TO GET A HOLD OF, RETURN PHONE CALLS TAKE WEEKS, I ENDED UP DOING MOST OF THE MINIMAL WORK, MAKING THE 30 SECOND PHONE CALLS BETWEEN LAWYERS LIKE A GAME OF TELEPHONE IN KINTERGARDEN, TO KEEP THINGS MOVING FORWARD. I would not recommend. Untrustworthy, unprofessional and as a business man who uses lawyers frequently, I am in shock of the complete lack of communication and disregard for there clients. ZERO STARS! What a waste of my time!

I hired Susan Gray after being neglected and put off by my previous lawyer. The experience I had with Susan was one of great confidence and trust. My case wasn't put on hold or not interesting enough for her. She made this a simple,fast transaction. I would Recommend her to anyone. Her legal assistant Cramelia is a workaholic and will answer any questions as soon a s physically possible. I am thrilled at the outcome and couldn't be more thankful.

Ms. Gray was my attorney thought my divorce process. She was both knowledgeable with her advice to me and sympathetic to my situation. Both Ms. Gray and Ms. Neal, her legal assistant, were always in communication with me either via email or phone when I had questions during the divorce process. Ms. Gray expertly handled the separation agreement and then the petition for divorce. Ms. Gray personally called me several times, informing me of the updates if Ms. Neal was out of the office. They both made this emotional time in my life less cumbersome and took care of every detail. I am very grateful to Ms. Gray and will be recommending her to others should they need representation for family related law matters.

I am deeply grateful someone referred me to Susan Gray. This being the first time ever to go through a divorce, I was apprehensive about EVERYTHING. My consultation with Susan was thorough and I felt that she would truly "have my back" and I hired her. I can unequivocally testify she did have my back. She stood up for me. She was clear and concise as what could be expected and very reassuring. She and her legal assistant, Cramelia Neal, remained on top of all things that needed to be addressed and made sure the process of divorce was negotiated fairly and timely.
