Following a motorcycle accident in 2022, Daggett & Shuler took my personal injury case after the other driver's insurance company denied liability. I was very impressed with the knowledge and experience Michael Clark and Rana Holcomb brought to my case. Michael knew my injury in and out! He and Rana were so easy to talk to and were always available to answer any questions my wife or I had about the process. From our very first meeting to the trial, I could tell that they were committed to getting us the best result possible. And that's exactly what they did. The end result was a very good jury verdict. They can only help with certain cases so be aware I just hate I have to explain everything to one person then re explain again to several others before consulting with an actual attorney in building

When my husband was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident in 2022, we had no idea what lay ahead of us. This was our first experience dealing with a personal injury lawsuit, so we were very anxious about the process, with many questions. Michael and Rana both were so compassionate towards my husband's painful experience and our feelings, listening patiently and answering all of our questions until we felt confident. But when we went to trial, that's when we really saw how much they cared! The amount of preparation and hard work behind the scenes was on full display. Michael's passionate spirit is contagious! Tore my ACL and meniscus on the job, but had no clue that I had tore my ACL until after surgery. My doctor told me if it was just my meniscus torn I would still have to get surgery to repair the damage, so I told my employer and tried to file for workmans comp and they denied me because of a mistake that I had made during the whole process. I did extensive research looking any everywhere that I could called three different lawyers and they all said that they couldn’t help me called Daggett Shuler got in contact with James Cohn and he couldn’t help me as well. I almost lost all hope until I got a call back from him saying that he actually could but it would be a process. I gave them all the paperwork and evidence that I had and they took it from there told me my case could take up to a year they did it within 8 months. Sarai Arellanes was a doll and it was a joy to meet her she kept me updated through text, emails, and calls anything that I had questions about and couldn’t get in contact with James she made sure to relay that message. If there was anything that I didn’t understand during the process James made sure to explain it to where I can understand it. I’m just so glad that they were able to help me out and I am more than grateful for what they have done they didn’t disappoint at all. Thanks a bunch
