Cindy is amazing and very helpful! She answered any and all questions, and always kept in contact. Sometimes my husband and her would chat like they had known each other for years. Really made us feel like a part of the family.

As a client of Daggett Shuler attorneys, I must say their firm is the most caring and knowledgeable of any I know. They are prompt with answering questions. They treat you like who you are, and how you want to be treated, not just a means of making money off your case. They effectively helped me in the most critical stages of my appeals in 2 different areas. I had 2 different attorneys that were experts in the areas of law to best help serve me. Their assistants gave me fast and efficient service as well. The attorneys were available to speak to whenever necessary. They are just great people! Quality is the best word to describe the staff!! They were handling my case for almost 2 years, got denied 3 times. I don't feel like they were truly on my side or helping me to the best of their ability. Paralegal changed multiple times. I had to do a lot of the legwork myself in regards to providing medical documents etc. They did not keep in touch or let me know what was going on with my case for extended periods of time. I feel misrepresented and they just wasted my time. Mr. Koontz was very standoffish and not easy to talk to. I didn't feel any compassion, just judgment. He said he thinks my pain is coming from depression even though I have medical proof that I have numerous chronic health issues that cause pain along with mental illnesses. Now I have to find another lawyer, hopefully one that's more compassionate and on my side and start over again....

First off I'm so glad I had this team in my corner, they helped me every step of the way and it's much appreciated. Great great people to work with, I highly recommend them. Big shout out to Griff, Cindy and the rest of the team!

Worked with them for a little over a year, made sure to keep me informed every step of the way and look out for my best interest throughout the process. When it came time for litigation Mr. Shuler explained the process in depth and in layman’s terms anyone could understand. I hope I never have to used them again, but if I needed to I would.
