This law firm was very organized from the beginning. There was structure to how all items were handled. I was provided feedback any time there was a change. The only issue I had is I had to contact the firm to to get an update on the process when the timeline given had exceeded the date provided to me. When this was realized calls were made to ensure promptness from third party, felt that if I had not called it would not have been verified. Otherwise staff was friendly.

This is a very knowledgeable and capable team of lawyers. Everyone at the firm is hospitable and seem to take pride in making sure my case is settled completely. They did a fantastic job handling my case after my car accident. Did all the research and paperwork and interviewed people that I never would have even thought of myself. Customer service was awful I broke my leg skating at skate Haven and instead of someone getting on the phone and it’s planing to me what my options were I was hung up on because I wasn’t a clientI will never consider using this attorney again
