Amanda and Mr Koontz were exceptional in the handling of my SSDI case. This process is very long, frustrating and emotional but they would always reassure me every time a negative response would come up from the SSA that they are on top of it and would be submitting all the appeals needed to keep moving forward. They worked tirelessly to get the results of a favorable decision. They never gave up on me when I was ready to just give up and most lawyers probably would have to. Mr. Koontz did an outstanding job at the court hearing, ensuring that I was given fair and impartial testimonies from all the medical experts attending.
