This place is great! They showed they cared about us. They started working on our case right away. Kept us informed throughout the whole process and settled everything very quickly. I would have not known what to do in our situation and they made sure we were treated fair! I would definitely recommend them and I would also use them again if I ever need to

Our Son Carter was involved in an unfortunate car accident, through no fault of his own, coming home from school. His mom and I were at the Hospital when he was brought in by ambulance. He looked a mess with blood every were and wearing a Daggett Shuler T Shirt! Fortunately his injuries were not life threatening, and was well taken care of at the hospital. But he explained later he had attended a student meeting that day at school with a Daggett Shuler representative discussing driver saftey who gave out T shirts at the conclusion. We decided right then that this was the Lawyer Team we needed to support Carter in the insurance claim process. From the very start of meeting the principles and assigned case lawyer and team support people showed their professionalism and organization skills in getting things moving. The case has now been settled and we are really pleased and thankful with the outcome for Carter by the Daggett Shuler Team effort.
