Daggett Shuler was my bag filled with 5 smooth stone(Griff Shuler, James Cohn, Timberly, Cindy, and my 5th stone that brought down my giant“ “THE T. R. COOK!!!) A man of his word! I wish I could say everything I want to about Dagget Shuler but time won’t permit! If you have a work injury or an accident, I recommend this Law Firm HANDS DOWN!!! With out a doubt! Trust me! I would rate a zero star if that was a choice. I don’t recommend them at all and they most certainly aren’t on your side. They only want money and don’t care about you. They want to get paid thousands yet give my daughter $20 of reimbursement for her accident. I am floored with how they handled her case and didn’t once ask how she was doing. That should have been a red flag to stay away from them. RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS FIRM. They don’t care about you! Since I can’t comment to your response I can send you the breakdown I currently have and if you wish I can post the picture here from your office of the breakdown to show I am correct.

10/10 highly recommend!! Daggett Shuler is truly a savior when it comes to anything pertaining to worker’s compensation (especially dealing with the state like we had to). I was severely injured with a major concussion along with both neck and back injuries after I was attacked from behind by a male 15 y/o student as a teacher for the state of NC. No lawyers wanted to deal with my case and the state’s worker’s compensation claims manager refused to even file my paperwork after my coworker, who was also injured, mentioned litigation. The only way the manager would file my paperwork was if I was represented by a lawyer. Griffis Shuler and Cindy Cosgrove picked up the ball that many others were dropping and worked to ensure I was fully treated medically, and settled my case as of Friday August 30, 2024! It has been a long road, worker’s compensation fought tooth and nail to not have certain testing done (which Daggett Shuler made sure was completed) and made sure to contact the claims manager any time I had a delay for medications or doctor’s visits. For someone like me with severe anxiety, especially after the incident, this law firm is for you! They have gone above and beyond every step of the way! Thank you Daggett Shuler law firm, Griff, Cindy, and all of your staff for the understanding, guidance, and caring that you provided along the way. Without you, I would have been lost in so many ways.

My mother unfortunately had a workplace related injury. We had no clue how to proceed so we decided to get help. Which was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. We never would’ve been able to go through this process alone. We had the opportunity to work with James and Sarai (Sarai was our translator as my mothers main language is spanish) she did an amazing job explaining everything to my mother and keeping contact with us to ensure we knew how everything was going.
