We appreciate all Daggett Shuler has done for us in navigating personal injury and workers comp claims. We were able to concentrate on recovering and trying to get back to a normal life, while they handled the interaction with insurance, attorneys, etc. I am thankful we did not try to handle this ourselves. I know the outcome would have been much different, and the time investment and stress would have been unmanageable for us. When something first happens, it may appear that it is not a big deal, but as you get into identifying injuries, treatment and lost work, etc., you quickly find that you need someone with expertise to represent your interests.

As an educator a value the professionalism and education, the firm answered all my questions and made me feel at easy after my car accident.

They were quick to respond if I had any questions regarding my claim, the ONLY issue I had was regarding a bill that I didn't know was needed to be taken care of. If I knew sooner, the claim would, I believe, to have been settled quicker. All in all I would definitely recommend them.
