I couldn't have selected a better or more competent law firm to handle my Social Security disability claim. The associate with the firm, John Dillard, was right on top of everything. He guided me through the whole complicated and confusing process. When I contacted him, whether via phone, text, email, or through their company portal, the response was very quick. From my own personal experience, my Daggett Shuler attorney (John Koontz) and his Team have gone beyond my expectations regarding: being available, personalizing my case and responding to my concerns and needs. What I also appreciate is: my questions are always considered important, answered to my satisfaction and I never feel rushed.
