After getting no response from the company I worked for on accepting my Workers Comp case, I saw I was going to have to have an attorney pursue it for me, altho that was not how I wanted to go. Thankfully, my daughter had an open case with Daggart Shuler and she convinced me I needed to talk to them. They were immediately responsive to the issues I presented them with and Cindy Cosgrove patiently and caringly led me through the process, then took charge. Folks, I was well on my way to bankruptcy before signing on with Daggart Shuler! I did not have to worry about paying bills and surviving after they took charge and got my Workers Comp approved! Griff Schuler brought my case to an end, defending my position and claim, by getting me a great settlement. I highly recommend this law firm. Personable, kind, caring, and professional! Let them the way to a great experience and a fair settlement in any case you may be having difficulty with!

This is the worst law firm you can hire for your case, They will do everything possible to extend your case and always they will have an excuse not to work on your case, they will do their best to give the less compensation possible and if you demand your rights, they will tell you that you can leave, but , not without first intimidating you with fees of representation! Do not belive what you see in tv commercials!! don't let no body fool you! as a latin!!! I do not recommend this law firm..! They worked with me with my first car accident! They talked me through everything and I felt completely in the know on everything at all times. They worked hard for me and everyone I’ve had the pleasure to talk with has been very nice.

They took my case even after being told by others that I didn’t have a case. They made sure I was okay physically and mentally. They checked on me often, and sent a condolence card when my mother passed away. There is no other attorney I would recommend because these people care and get the job done.
