I was represented by attorney Griff Shuler. I contacted Daggett and Shuler and was called back by Attorney Griff Shuler. He told me that I needed representation even if it was not him. This made me aware that he was really concerned about my best interest. The insurance company was trying to get me to settle for way less than what I was owed. Attorney Shuler, treated me with kindness and respect. I actually felt like a family member. He is very knowledgeable about Worker's Compensation claims and knew what I needed to do. He kept me up to date about my case and explained everything to me so that I had a clear understanding about what was happening with my case. We had mediation and he knew my case and when it was the other attorney's time to speak, Attorney Shuler had presented so well, he could not add anything . I cannot say thank you enough to Daggett and Shuler but especially to Griff Shuler for doing an excellent job. He did everything that he promised and even more. All staff presented very kind and treated me with respect. I recommend Daggett and Shuler and would like to say that if there is anyone who is in need of representation by the best, this is the place to go. I really believe in my heart that I would not have gotten the same results with another attorney. Don't mean to sound like a commercial but these words are from my heart. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely friendly, professional, understanding, honest, caring, loyal and had my best interest at heart from the very beginning. I truly enjoyed the aspect of knowing the people that worked with me were my spiritual brothers and sisters. With the nature of my case and the things I learned on my journey, Doug Nauman set the tempo and then introduced me to the litigation attorney, Michael Clark that took the torch on in and came out on top for me. I cannot leave out Rana Holcomb who is Michael’s assistant and an absolutely a Great one whom Mike appreciates very much. She kept me from stressing, explained things to me and was very understanding and patient. She was just a Jewel. Cindy who negotiated extremely well was kind and all of the young ladies at the front treated me with kindness, always had a beautiful smile and their personalities were contagious. Please charge my mind and not my heart for not being able to remember all names, but I definitely remember faces. I didn’t get an attorney in the very beginning, because of not knowing early on how bad my situation really was until pain started escalating from various places as well as memory loss. So, after the accident, I didn’t seek an attorney until after a little over a year. They accepted my case and went to work for me until the end. After my accident I was looking for a good lawyer but found a great group of lawyers with Daggett and Shuler they worked tirelessly for me got me a great settlement kept me in the loop with my case explained everything that was going on eased my mind when I called and that really does go a long way with me friendly people I know I bugged them but they were there answering every question I asked and for that I appreciate them I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking justice and peace of mind thx guys you made my day
