I just would like to thank Attorney Koontz and Amanda Rutledge for everything they did for me. It was a long fight, but I was glad to have them in my corner fighting for me. I came to Daggett & Shuler after a dreadful experience with a previous attorney, a slip & fall is not an ideal case in the state of NC because of antiquated laws only 3 states in the US have NC being one of them--siding with the BIG GUYS (Insurance companies). When I was referred to Aindrea Pledger, her compassion and kindness & professionalism was much appreciated--and was consistent throughout the process of a problematic case. Then, I met Michael Clark, an attorney who tells you like it is, I learned he prepared me for the horrors of the opposing council--underneath the initial growl, he's a sweetheart who has empathy and smarts!! Their team wouldn't be complete without a loud shout out of support & praise to Rana, who is the gentle--wise follow-up boss. They were a great support from beginning to end. And yes, they did get me a recoveryI Adding sprinkles and stardust--I also met with David Daggett, he's actually just as beautiful in real life as he is on the commercials, with the prettiest & kindest eyes. Whew....five stars!!! At a time where you’re in pain physically & emotionally it’s nice to know there’s a legal team that is there for you.

I have had really low vision my whole life and recently got to the point to where I couldn't work anymore. I was expecting it to take years to get disability and they went above and beyond to get it as quickly as possible. I know this is rare and I don't want anyone to expect the same outcome I got, (everyone's outcome is different), but I will point out they got the disability awarded in 6 maybe 8 months tops. I would recommend Daggett Shuler to anyone filing a disability claim. These guys will have your back for sure! I wouldn't trust anyone else with your claim! Seriously... These guys are the best.

When I exited the Army I was awarded permanent and total disability through the VA. I knew at some point I would not be able to continue my civilian job and would need to apply for Social Security Disability. Unfortunately that time came sooner than I thought.
