First, I called to get ahold of someone and discuss my concerns and why I need representation. I then got a call back and we spoke for about 15min and he asked for $2,000 deposit to even get started and find me a lawyer in his firm. I also was never informed that they do not give free consultations which is upsetting. Anyway, I gave debit card info and got a call back from Amanda welder. We spoke for about 3min but I was at work and we couldn’t hear eachother well. This was on a Friday. She setup an appt for Tuesday. She called me 7min after our scheduled appt and we spoke for 19min. I then emailed her that I couldn’t send the stuff through email it was too large and asked to let me know of other means to send it and I didn’t hear back til the following Monday when I called her receptionist and said I’d like to discontinue services from Amanda. I called her 3days before that leaving a message saying I emailed her and to please get ahold of me. Being my case is a pressing matter I don’t want to have to wait a full week or have to track you down to get a response back. Now come to find out she’s charging me $300 and checking to see if the original person I spoke with wants to charge for his phone call. I’m very displeased with their service and the way she’s nickel dimeing me after she found out I’m dropping her services. Very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend her based on my experience

Attorney delayed pay from client and didn't discuss the short paycheck I was given in mediation. Complete disrespect. Good attorney for people want help to rip others off. Unbelievable no justice here
