This firm sues its associates when their hours are low because the partners don’t bring in enough business. Prospective lawyers or clients should instead go somewhere the partners would feel ashamed of ripping off their new lawyers, because these ones will not be seeing the pearly gates.

Beware, Damian Heuttl overcharges! I had a one hour consultation and he made one phone call for me and he charged $4800! He also included another attorney on my case that I was not aware of until I received the bill! This guy is dishonest. Their contract is full of tiny fine print enough to cover their butts and they will push that to the limits so watch out...not to be trusted at all!
