Patrick and Tressie worked with me for over a year an half with my child custody case. They are by far the best when it comes to explaining the legal process and answered any of my questions with a quick response! I highly recommend Patrick Waters for anyone going through a child custody situation! I am forever grateful for him and his employees!

Had a terrible experience having Patrick represent me. I had to pay up front before I can speak to anyone about my case. Finally talked to Patrick and that was the only time I ever did. I could never talk to him or never heard back and I get to court and my lawyer Patrick never made an appearance. I was told by the judge he offered a plea and it could have been settled out of court, but Patrick never responded to the DA or to me. I might as well have represented myself. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

As a former client of Patrick Water’s, communication was nearly impossible. I scheduled many appointments to speak with him about my case but often had to wait weeks. On 4 occasions I scheduled appointments for a phone call with him, called the office for at my scheduled time, only to find he was unavailable, out of office or on vacation. No one had informed me beforehand. He did not forward me documents related to my case unless I asked via email. He never met the timeline he told me he would. The biggest concern I had was that I did not feel like he cared about my case at all. He didn’t even remember where I lived or my son’s name for my custody case after almost a year of being his client. Don’t waste your time.
