Sure, she can draw up your papers. But if you want a lawyer to be on your side, try to understand your dynamics, help you get what's fair... this is NOT your lawyer. She will pretty much convince you why you should do everything for the other party and get nothing in return. She will not even pretend to care about what you're going through. She will NEVER respond to your emails or calls until she feels like it. You will ALWAYS be left waiting...and waiting...and waiting. If I could go back and do it all over again, I would have took my time to find a lawyer that was worth something. Do NOT waste your money. You're better off representing yourself.

Amanda was all talk and no show. She changed for everything. This includes her receptionist calling you for 58 seconds and being charged $150. My case was pretty easy and should of been open and shut. Had mediation in early March not one thing was done on documents or any thing else. Seriously don't recommend her to any one!!!!

I was referred to Amanda from another attorney at her firm because the attorney I heard great reviews about was to busy. One thing I learned from this is to check out how experienced someone you are going to spend lots of money to and is fighting something for you has. Amanda actually was very unresponsive to many of my calls multiple times. She was very unknowledgeable about what direction to go and actually things she adviced me to do were used against me in court. in court it showed she was very unorganized and unprepared. Questions she decided to review with me the evening before the trial she did not even use in court. Things that should have been crossed examined in court she did not even attempt. when it came to what I was asking for from the court at the end she did not even remember why we were there the other attorney had to actually state what we were at court for. No attempt of a closing statement by Amanda. I would advice someone looking for an attorney to spend a little extra money and get someone who has more knowledge and far more experience. She has no problem sending out bills on time spent on a case that you think she has some knowledge of then getting to court and she just sits there!
