Would not recommend!

We originally started working with Dan, he was a amazing person with a huge heart and really had a drive to want to help us with in the budget we had. Unexpected circumstances lead us to his partner Theresa Kellington and her staff. Her staff was always very warm and friendly with a drive to get any and all answers and help any way they could, while always being very professional and extremely friendly! Theresa was so very informative, professionally, prompt, helpful in the final steps of everything! She made us feel like more then just another case and I’m so glad we had the opportunity to finish the process with her she is a great lawyer and a welcoming and friendly person!! Thank you all for everything you did for our family!

Worst ever, over priced. Theresa couldn't even defend against a client without representation and openly admitted she was unprepared. And now years later after being overcharged and added fees that weren't unauthorized and being turned into collections over her fraudulent ways Theresa Kellington trying to charge me again, thankful I saved all proof to avoid her fraudulent ways.

We had retained an attorney from here for two years, threw 30,000 dollars down the drain with no movement from the court. I do not recommend this group.
