The Aaland Law Firm has given way more than what I expected. When I immediately started working with them, the staff were very pleasant and friendly. The attorney’s on my side were Cash Aaland and Jennifer Braun. They work very hard and put in maximum effort. After we won the trial, I had brought up to Cash and Jen that pens are my favorite writing utensil. Cash, personally handed the “Cross” pen he wrote all his notes during trial with, to me. They are very understanding and knowledgeable, even with things outside of law. They work very hard to get the job done and I couldn’t recommend Aaland Law Firm enough to help you through any situations that come your way.

When we found ourselves in a unexpected and serious situation with our adolescent, Cash was extremely helpful to us. He helped us navigate the legal system and provided direction and options about which we otherwise would have had no knowledge. He helped minimize our anxiety, spoke to us and our adolescent in relatable and honest terms. We knew better what to expect throughout the legal process because of Cash's support and direction.

We hired Aaland law firm for a very serious case involving our son. This case took 2 years to get resolved. All that time, Cash and Jennifer were polite, professional and extremely hard working. They went beyond “the call of duty”! They spent weeks working on this case and worked many many weekends too. They were always a step ahead and forward thinking. During the 2 years we worked with the team, they always kept us in the loop and kept us calm. They we supportive dealing with all the emotional and mental effects this case had on our family. Cash and Jennifer are incredibly knowledgeable and have many years of experience with law. I cannot recommend the team at Aaland law firm enough!!!! Don’t' be guilty of hiring the wrong lawyer, go with this team!!

Daniel Hopper handled a case for me where the officer was wrong in their accusations and over used their power to press charges. After 9 months of waiting for all the evidence and film Daniel was able to show how the officer had no ground to stand on and had the case dismissed in full! I'd definitely send all my friends and family to Aaland Law Firm.

Don’t ever hire cash I had a high profile case He hide the discovery from me so I couldn’t sue the city of Fargo for trespassing to get warrant
