I started writing letters to the neighbor about his tree that was growing over my property. After 6 years requesting his permission for me or for he to trim it back, it grew into the roof itself, causing major damage to my houe. He did not respond to any of my letters. Ms. Monson was awesome in doing the right thing with what she had. i am very pleased with her knowledge, professionalism and expertise in the way she handled this situation. i would not hesitate to hire her again. She is awesome.
