Was referred here through Legalshield. Handled my child custody case. Tasha G was extremely informative and handled everything very well. We were able to settle everything through mediation and I even got some of my retainer back in the end. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer or firm to help me through such a difficult process.

Was suppose to get a call to do in over the phone , I tried to change it to an in person meeting the guy that answered, told me somebody was going to call me shortly after we got off the phone to confirm if I could come in or not.. nobody ever did call me and they didn’t call me at 11.. so if they thought I was going to come in at 11 common sense would say they should call me at 11 if I was not there. Clearly they don’t care about their clients or business. The lady that answered the phone was really snarly to me and didn’t want to listen to me and was very rude. And then I got told that they’re booked up for over a week now when I have pressing issues that need to be taken care of. Terrible customer service…. I should’ve read some of these reviews before I even called them. Looks like I’m not the only one thinking the receptionist is rude. Probably not somebody want answering the phones.!

Tracy gave horrible advice I wouldn't recommend for my worst enemy! Do not listen to this Fancy Glass Building... Horrible. This must of been a good place to make money, now it is a complete fraud. OR these guys are corrupting local judges to work with them....hmmmm... Don't even attempt!

I had some trouble communicating with someone about what I needed. I've only ever heard great things though and have no reason to down vote. I'll try again with more business.

I never take time to do reviews and I’m not doing this one because it’s review worthy but I do see a long line of poor representation coming out of Tracy Lyson with these comments and had I known that she would be as poor as she was I would have never retained her . Again I agree with prior reviews, no communication but she charges for it , poor advice and clearly was not working for me as her client , condescending and rude, oh and the one who commented on how she was working on her laptop while she was supposed to be representing her client in mediation……yes that was me too . Doing other work while I was paying her to be representing me . Wasted thousands and thousands of dollars and she never made any attempt to help me after I repeatedly begged her to help . Then she tried to turn it around on me and acted like I wasn’t listening to her or taking her advice. Of course not I know right from wrong and what she was trying to get me to agree to was completely wrong ! Waste of time and money.
