Ashley, paralegal, who I initially had the most contact with was attentive, informative, professional & responsive. Pandemic didn't permit face to face meetings. My lawyer was Kylie Oversen was calming, informative, professional & reassuring. I had a pleasant & positive experience. I won my case due to Kylie & Ashley''s thorughness. I made the choice to hire Schneider Law Firm after a family friend had recommended them. I had been denied disability twice already, when my family and I realized that we absolutely needed to get a lawyer to help our case. Although I live in Minneapolis, Schneider Law Firm was more than glad to take on my case from their offices in Fargo, ND. Personally, I like their more small town feel of their staff who are always prompt every time I call. Plus, they call you by name and took my case as, not one of a zillion other cases, but really got to know my medical situation. The Counselor who represented my case personally was Scott Haider. Mr. Haider was clear as crystal during both the pre-trial counseling session and during our hearing. The way Scott Haider represented my case is indicative of a lawyer who knew his craft. Scott was clear, clever and professional and knew exactly what to say perfectly as it related to my case. When the work ability was mentioned, Mr. Haider had a terrific answer for everything, specifically during this portion of the hearing. Due to Covid-19, Schneider Law firm was on point with the technology involved in having the hearing via laptop. This is not and easy task to pull off, but again, their Firm was fully prepared when it came to the tech involved in the virtual hearing. Lastly, the paralegal named Ashley, was also working on my case. On top of all the paperwork she does, she personally communicated with me on several occasions to check in with me along the way. Therefore, I cannot overstate how pleased I am that my family and I went with Schneider Law firm. I recommend this Firm to anyone. They are the best in the businesses. I enlisted the help of the Schneider Law Firm to assist me in getting disability. I first attempted to get it on my own, but little did I know, it is more difficult than I thought to get it without assistance even with multiple doctors recommending it. From the moment I first contacted the Schneider Law Firm, Ashley made me feel welcome and like an important human being. She took her time to answer all my questions and walked me through step by step everything that I needed and every question I had. During the entire process, they kept in contact with me and helped me file my appeal correctly and when it came time for my hearing Kylie spent over an hour and a half walking me through everything that I needed for the hearing. I went from being extremely nervous and anxious about it all to fairly relaxed. When it came to the hearing it went just as she had said and to my welcome surprise I even lucked out and got my decision immediately (most people are not that lucky). I started to work with Schneider Law Firm in June 2020 for my disability case and they were amazing. I worked a lot with Ashley and she was always so kind and very helpful and patient with me and my many questions. And when my case was ready to go to the hearing stage my lawyer Kylie was knowledgeable and very good at what she does and because of that I won my case. I would recommend them to anyone.
