I started using Neustel in 2009 when I started inspired LED. I used their patent creation software on a recommendation of a friend. It was a great way to protect our ideas with provisional patents. As we grew Michael Neustel created 5 patents for us. I felt that that he invested the time required to understand the design. He also represented us twice with the patent office, both times, the patent office respected his opinion and both patents were issued. In the past I spent too much time and money creating patents, it was tossing the patent idea over the wall.
