I do not write many reviews, when I do, it is simply because the company has done something so far above and beyond that I must give them the shout out they deserve. this one is long past due! I have used SWL for a variety of personal and business needs since their inception. Adam, Greg, Jesse, Lee, and now Josh, who recently helped us set set up our non profit organization. All are top experts in their field, they have all gone way above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that my expectations were met. Their communication is top notch, and they follow through with what they promise no matter what it takes. They are an honest, ethical firm that I can't say enough good about.

Hiring an attorney can be a difficult decision, but I'm so glad I choose SW&L. I live in Arizona and needed some help with an estate planning matter in North Dakota. Jesse Maier was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable and responsive to questions, emails and phone calls. I was pleased with how promptly he took care of everything. I had an excellent experience with SW&L attorneys! Jesse Maier helped me with a conservatorship settlement. Jesse always got back to me in a very timely matter. The settlement was settled quickly. Very pleased.

Very informative about explaining all aspects of the will and pointing out many details that are not commonly known or that are misunderstood. Answered all questions and discussed possible scenarios in a way that was easy to understand.
