Highly recommend SW&L! Greg Liebl gave me the confidence I needed throughout my divorce and custody battle. The entire process was very stressful and intimidating but Greg made me feel comfortable and did a great job thoroughly explaining everything. He was very knowledgeable, organized, and up front about what to expect. I felt like he always had my back and wasn't afraid of a challenge. His whole team was incredibly helpful and always friendly. I was very impressed and happy with my results! If you're looking for a family law attorney, Greg is your guy!!

Greg Liebl did an amazing job for my family. I felt he went the extra steps to make this trying and difficult time much less nerve-racking and stressful. All my questions were answered clearly which is a relief because the legal process and language can be confusing. I'd give 6 stars if I could. I had a question that was concerning me and he took care of the issue before I could even process everything.

If it wasn’t for Adam I wouldn’t have my license today. I was about to get charged with what would have been my second DUI. The state of ND was trying to charge me with DUI minor in possession/consumption, it was also not to long after I had just gotten my license back from my previous DUI which would have really sucked for me. I was in search of a good lawyer so I asked around and a good friend of mine had referred Mr.Justinger to me so I gave him a call and he had me come in and speak with him about what had happened. Not to long after speaking with him I knew he was the guy for my case. He answered every question I had, told me exactly what I needed to know and do, he made everything simple and understanding. Long story short Adam went above and beyond and got it all down to a reckless driving and a deferred minor meaning if I stay law abiding until I’m 21 the minor will be dismissed and then I will only have a reckless driving on my record. I was amazed with Justinger’s work and would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Jesse Maier helped my wife and I with our estate plan. Jesse was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the entire process go smoothly. I would gladly recommend him to friends and family.

Attorney Ethan Johnson helped my mother with her Guardianship matter while I was the interim communicater due to the language barrier. Ethan was experienced, respectful, responsive, and had great work ethics. Ethan informed me in the beginning that it was going to be about 8 weeks to get it done once the intake documents were recieved, and the turn around time is as quick as he had stated from the beginning. Since this is a case with families involvement from a different county, Ethan took the time to researched it so that the Guardianship would be done properly. I highly recommend Ethan as a lawyer for the Guardianship case! Jesse Maier helped us with our estate planning. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain to us thoroughly the choices that we have. He did give us his recommendations of what would be more beneficial for us, which is what we had in mind as well. Jesse works very promptly on our estate planning and delivered the documentations when he said he would. Jesse coordinate and consult with other lawyers so that all meetings can be done at once, so that we don't have to go back and forth. I highly recommend Jesse Maier for anyone who plans to do their estate planning. Greg Liebl in the Family Law did an awesome job at getting the prenuptial agreement for my mother together in a timely manner. Greg gave advices about the set up of the prenuptial agreement and what we needed to do to make it effective. Due to time constrained, he set up a lawyer for us to represent the other party so that she can go over the prenuptial agreement with the future husband-to-be before he sign the document, which will then make it effective. Greg got the prenuptial agreement done as he promised, and the process was smooth. Jana, his assistant, did a great job of helping us with the documents and answered all of our questions on behalf of Greg as well. I highly recommend them for Family Law. They are a great team!
